Lining soap molds, is really not a fun job. You have to try and make sure that the paper doesn’t curve at the bottom (not always easy), and it is time consuming. For many years I have wanted a mold that could make at least 20 bars of soap and had a liner. Well, I finally found a company in Canada, that makes them. I ordered two, and I love them. This is going to make my life a lot easier, which is always a good thing.
Below is a short video showing the making of Black Salt and Cypress Soap. This soap has a nice unisex scent. The scent is described as a blend of sea salt air, ocean spray, misted cypress and sun bleached driftwood. I coloured some Himalayan Pink Salt with black mica to add to the tops of this soap, for effect.
This soap will be available around the middle of May. Thanks for reading and watching ~ Darlene!
