About – Mountain Farms Soap

🖤Welcome to our online store! We are thrilled to have you here. Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Darlene, and I am the creator behind Mountain Farms Soap. As a proud wife, mother, and recent grandmother, my passion for traditional cold process soap making has been with me since 1997. It wasn’t until 2001, however, that I decided to establish my own soap company. Over the years, I have honed my craft, becoming more creative and perfecting my techniques to create pretty yet functional soaps with high-quality ingredients. Don’t just take our word for it, check out our rave reviews and see for yourself why many of our customers have been loyal followers for over a decade.

About The Soaps and Other Products We Offer

🖤Our Cold Process soaps are gentle and nourishing, using only sustainable traditional vegetable oils, such as our moisturizing Olive Oil (which is the main ingredient), Certified Sustainable Coconut and Palms Oils, Organic Cocoa Butter or Organic Shea Butter, Sweet Almond Oil, Avocado Oil and Castor Oil. We blend these with high-quality essential oils or fragrance oils that are free of Phthalate and Paraben to create a soap that is luxuriously creamy and gentle, giving your skin the care it deserves.

🖤Unique Handmade Soaps for a Luxurious Bathing Experience – Our soaps are crafted in small batches instead of being mass-produced, which we believe results in a higher quality product. These handcrafted soaps are designed to be both elegant and lavish, making every bath a special occasion. With proper care, they are long-lasting and worth the investment. It’s worth noting that all of our oils come from certified sustainable sources. We make all of our handmade soaps and body products right in our little soap shop located in Abbotsford, BC, Canada!

🖤Did you know that during the saponification process natural glycerin is formed.  It stays in our bars (and not removed like commercial bars) which is a natural humectant drawing moisture to your skin. Our bars are hand stamped and wrapped by hand. All of our products are made in small batches which ensures, quality and freshness. A wonderful treat for yourself or a friend.

🖤Most of our soaps weigh between 130-135 grams,(but some are bigger) which are much larger than most soaps on the market today.  In fact many people like to cut them in half, to make them last even longer.

🖤The soaps are cured for a minimum of 4 weeks, before they are available to our customers for sale. ***None of our products are tested on animals.  We love animals***

🖤Our Bath and Body Products are all made with natural (or as close to natural) as possible ingredients.. Any surfactant’s that are used, are extremely mild and gentle, and derived from plant sources.

🖤Packaging – We care about the enviroment, and use minimal packaging.  Soaps are packaged in  Biolefin – a film that biodegrades quickly into biomass, not micro-plastics. Any plastic containers we use, can be recycled.

🖤We offer a wide range of soap scents, so there is sure to something for everyone.  We also can provide custom soap, wedding or party favors, or soap logs.  Just give me a phone call or email, and I would be happy to work with you!
